Carlos E. S. Cesnik is an esteemed Brazilian-American aerospace engineer, the Clarence L. (Kelly) Johnson Collegiate Professor at the University of Michigan, and the Active Aeroelasticity and Structures Research Laboratory founder.

His directorship at the Airbus-Michigan Center for Aero-Servo-Elasticity spotlights his expertise in flexible aircraft and rotor system aeroelasticity.
